• One consultation room – ideal for psychotherapy, coaching, and counseling, featuring two inviting armchairs, a desk, and elegant storage elements to create a warm and professional atmosphere.

• One medically oriented treatment room – equipped with an electric massage table, a desk, and space for client consultation. Perfect for osteopaths, medical massage therapists, and other paramedical professionals.

• One cozy treatment room (10 m²) – thoughtfully designed with a professional massage table and a comfortable consultation space, offering a warm and inviting environment suitable for massage therapists, bodyworkers, and other health and wellness professionals.

The studio is ideally located on a quiet street, just steps from the M4 tram and only a 5-minute walk from S-Bahn Greifswalder Straße.

All practitioners are welcome to be featured on our website and benefit from our integrated online booking system.

To maintain our warm, collaborative atmosphere, we give priority to practitioners interested in renting multiple weekly slots.

• From 6 slots/week: €120 per month per slot

Example: Rent one weekly slot from €120–€164 per month (depending on the room and the number of weekly slots) and enjoy your dedicated practice space at the same time every week.
