•⁠ ⁠One consultation room – ideal for talk therapy or coaching, featuring two inviting armchairs, a desk, and elegant storage elements to create a warm and professional atmosphere.

•⁠ ⁠One medically oriented room, equipped with a electric massage table, a desk, and space for client consultation. Perfect for osteopaths, midwives, medical massage therapists, and other paramedical professionals.

•⁠ ⁠One flexible room, not yet furnished – we’re keeping this space open and would love to hear your specific needs and preferences before setting it up, so we can create the ideal working environment for you.

The studio is ideally located in a calm street, just steps from the M4 tram station and only 5 minutes from S-Bahn Greifswalder Strasse.

All practitioners are welcome to be featured on our website and benefit from our integrated online booking system.

To maintain a family-like atmosphere in the studio, we give priority to practitioners interested in renting multiple time slots.

Monday to Sunday
Morning Slot: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Afternoon Slot: 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Pricing:
Up to 2 slots/week: €160 per month per slot
From 3 slots/week: €150 per month per slot
From 6 slots/week: €140 per month per slot

Example: Book 1 weekly slot for €160/month and enjoy access at the same time every week.
