Trauma-sensitive therapy
In my practice, I create a safe, compassionate and supportive space for women to explore
emotional concerns. My work is trauma-sensitive and grounded in the belief that healing
unfolds best when there is room to unfold, a feeling of being held and attentive presence.
A central focus of my practice is supporting women during pregnancy, the transition into
motherhood, and the lived experience of being a mother. These phases and roles can be
deeply transformative and emotionally complex, often bringing up vulnerability, uncertainty, old patterns or overwhelming feelings. I accompany women through these experiences with care, helping them reconnect with inner resources and find stability during times of change.
You are also warmly welcome to bring any other concern that matters to you. Women come to therapy for many different reasons — such as stress, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, self-doubt, relationship challenges, life transitions or a wish for deeper self-understanding. Our work together is guided by what feels meaningful and supportive for you in this moment.
If you are looking for a place to slow down, feel held, and gently explore what is moving within you, you are welcome here.
Sessions are currently offered in German.
